Return Policy/Terms of Service

All custom orders are non-refundable. Any returns need to be pre-approved via e-mail prior to shipment and in a timely manner. When issuing a refund, the price of the product will be refunded, not shipping.  Refunds will only be issued due to defects in manufacturing or craftsmanship. 

The Rustic Goose is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. 

Wood is an ever-changing medium and can move with changing atmospheric conditions; while precautions are taken to mitigate this movement, we cannot guarantee against such movements. See our wood care and maintenance guides.

 

Privacy Policy

We will never sell or give away your personal information. Any information you provide us with is used solely for the purposes of the transactions you initiated, and analytics to help us better serve our customers.
